Mary Ann Adams Underwood, age 47, of Turtletown, TN passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013. Mary Ann was employed as a Lab Technician with Colwell Construction. She was preceded in death by brother, David Adams.

She is survived by son, Matthew Adams of Turtletown, TN; daughter, Chelsea Underwood of Farner, TN; parents, Wade & Juanita Adams of Turtletown, TN; sisters, Wanda Bice of Turtletown, TN, Judy Nicholson of Isabella, TN, Pam Osario of Morganton, GA.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 13th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Pastor Wayne Carter officiating. Music will be by The Joint Heirs. Pallbearers will be David Stillwell, James Stillwell, Grant Stillwell, Jamie Williamson, Johnny Smith and Nick Collins. Honorary pallbearers include Delbert Hickey, John Vanblaricum and Dakota Dillard. Interment will follow in the Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
